Pickup

We’ll have your item(s) ready for pickup at the store during open hours.

Purchased items should be picked up within 3 days unless other arrangements have been made.

Please come prepared with any help, blankets, straps, and appropriate vehicle space needed to safely transport your piece(s).

Austin Delivery

Local furniture delivery is available throughout Austin and surrounding areas. Delivery is charged at a flat rate per order, not per item, based on the level of service selected.

Most local deliveries are scheduled within 7 business days, depending on location and scheduling availability.

Delivery elsewhere in Texas is also available by quote. Contact us for pricing and availability for your location.

Curbside / Driveway Delivery — $99

Delivery to the curb, driveway, or garage. Furniture remains packaged.

This option does not include in-home placement, unwrapping, assembly, setup, or packaging removal.

Room of Choice Delivery

First Floor — $149
Second Floor / Multi-Level Homes — $199

Delivery inside the home and placed in your room of choice. Furniture remains wrapped and is not assembled, configured, or set up.

White Glove + Assembly

First Floor — $199
Second Floor / Multi-Level Homes — $249

Includes:

• Full unwrapping
• Assembly/setup
• Sectional configuration and final placement
• Packaging removal

Additional Delivery Notes

Before delivery, please make sure the path is clear and that your furniture will fit through all doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators, if applicable.

Additional charges may apply for unusually difficult access, oversized items, tight stairways, elevators, long carries, limited parking, or other delivery conditions requiring extra time or labor.

Delivery teams do not install anti-tip hardware, wall-mounted items, or anything that permanently alters the home.

For deliveries outside our standard local delivery area, delivery fees will be calculated based on distance and service requirements. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee when scheduling allows.

Because we operate on an outlet model, our inventory is priced well below traditional retail and includes new, open-box, overstock, and customer-return merchandise. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do our best to clearly note the condition of each piece so you know what you’re purchasing. We encourage you to take your time, review the condition details and measurements carefully, and inspect the item in person when possible before completing your purchase.
